Global Warmist Steve Zwick, spewing writing for Forbes, thinks he’s finally found an answer to all the low-brow Global Warming/Global Cooling/Climate Change deniers: burn ‘em out -

Let’s take a page from those Tennessee firemen we heard about a few times last year – the ones who stood idly by as houses burned to the ground because their owners had refused to pay a measly $75 fee.

We can apply this same logic to climate change.

We know who the active denialists are – not the people who buy the lies, mind you, but the people who create the lies.  Let’s start keeping track of them now, and when the famines come, let’s make them pay.  Let’s let their houses burn until the innocent are rescued.  Let’s swap their safe land for submerged islands.  Let’s force them to bear the cost of rising food prices.

They broke the climate.  Why should the rest of us have to pay for it?

NOTE: After reading the comments, it’s clear I need to, well, clarify a few things.

First, I’m not advocating anyone go out and burn someone’s house down, just as the firemen didn’t burn anyone’s house down but rather withheld a service from people who didn’t pay their fair share.  (A friend of mine did actually have his house burned down by a deranged animal rights activist, so I know there are crazies on both sides of this debate.)

Okay, but yeah! Lets use Steve’s logic, here. He says above “They broke the climate. Why should the rest of us have to pay for it?”

How about this, Steve? You broke the economy with your fear-mongering made-up GLOBAL WARMING!! scare. Why should we pay for your idiocy? How about we take your car, you comfy warm-in-winter and cool-in-summer house, and your Gucci shoes and you can rough it the way you seem to want the rest of us to?

Be a leader, Steve. Show us the way-

So what are YOU doing to begin this lifestyle change, hypocrite? Until I see morons like you living in unheated shacks with no electricity or amenities, and grow your own food, and we get to do research on how well your lifestyle is going, don’t act like we all need to do what you think we should do. Tell ya what…you get that horrendous POS al gore to give up his lavish lifestyle, airplanes that pollute every time he travels to tell the story about how much planes pollute, give up his incredibly wasteful home that consumes many times more power than the average person, THEN, and only MAYBE then, will those of us like me who understand what your agenda is start to think about living as you see fit for us. It’s interesting that in this article, it’s those who are in denial who have ruined the earth and caused global warming. Tell ya what steve zwick….why don’t you admit that you, yes YOU, have something to do with the warming of the planet? Huh? You drive a cr likely, use toilets, breathe, need heat. You liberals are such hypocrites. I don’t believe for a second that we have warming that is caused by humans, at least not warming anywhere near the extent you all claim is caused by humans. And it’s interesting always to note that airplanes by the hundreds around the planet are spraying chemtrails by the literally mega tons, and you are silent about that. Let me tell ya something….I’ve been researching chemtrails for years now. And what I know about them is that the sheer number of planes spraying as heavily as they do are causing as much harm as anything else on this planet you could possibly mention. And another thing I’ve researched is how much the chemtrails themselves are causing warming of the planet. So, while you sit there like the little hypocrites you are pointing the finger at all of US who are ruining YOUR world, you do your share of polluting your wonderful planet too. You are hypocrites to the Nth degree. It has become so apparent that you have an agenda that isn’t what you claim. All we in-the-know need to know is how well your little secret was unearthed through the climategate email scandals, doctored climate data, taking temperature measurements near parking lots that have lots of blacktop to give the impression there is warming going on, et al. You liberals are sickening. If you want even a modicum of attention paid to your little scandal, try telling us in the same article what you are doing or have done to save the planet. All we intelligent beings hear is do as I say, not as I do. Hypocrites.

Bring your Molotov Cocktails to my house, Steve. My 16 year old daughter will shoot them out of your hand while I BBQ on charcoal and sip a mint julep. WITH an umbrella.
