Media misdirection – Anger over a stupid video, or a planned terrorist attack on the US?

It couldn’t be allowed to appear to happen on Obama’s watch…

A video nobody’s ever heard of precipitates two US Mideast embassy attacks, and one dead ambassador plus others? Color me not surprised that the US Obama media is focused on covering a bumbling President.

20120912-175953.jpg

All this if you believe the media spin, that somehow all this was caused by a video and a Pastor named Jones [my emphasis]:

It has been reported that the protests in both Cairo and Benghazi were touched off by a film released in July, directed by an Israeli-American and promoted by Florida Pastor Terry Jones that insults Islam. However, one Egyptian activist noted that it would be hard for Americans to process how attacks on the embassy on September 11, at which Al Qaeda affiliated flags were flownwould be entirely related to a film protest.

The anniversary of 9/11, suddenly Mullahs are upset over a video that (have I mentioned this before?) nobody ever heard of before?

Would you believe – a planned Al-Qaeda terrorist op? I sure as hell would -

“The deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya may have been a planned operation and not a spontaneous protest that turned violent, U.S. officials told the New York Times and CNN on Wednesday.” Yahoo News reveals that the initial belief that the assaults were caused a spontaneous mob maddened by an anti-Muslim video may not have been true.

Initial reports suggested that protesters in Benghazi, Libya, were angry about an online video that mocked the Muslim Prophet Muhammad, and then attacked the consulate, killing U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other foreign service workers. But now, according to the New York Times, officials suspect that “an organized group had either been waiting for an opportunity to exploit like the protests over the video or perhaps even generated the protests as a cover for their attack.” U.S. sources told CNN that they don’t think Stevens was a specific target of the attack.

This astonishing development may come as a surprise to a university professor who Tweeted that the producer of the video deemed a hate statement should be jailed. A University of Pennsylvania professor wrote, “Good Morning. How soon is Sam Bacile going to be in jail folks? I need him to go now. When Americans die because you are stupid…” Just who she was referring to as the object of ‘stupid’ is unclear.

Add more misdirection, on orders from the POTUS, I’m sure, General Martin Dempsey (CJCOS) personally is asking assclown Terry Jones to knock off the antagonizing terrorists and Muslims in general. But from This Ain’t Hell:

Ya know what else endangers US troops in Afghanistan, General? Making them walk around unarmed until a scant few weeks ago. And they’ve been doing that during most of your tenure through scores of green-on-blue attacks, but suddenly you’re worried about a film killing troops?

This is bowing to his political masters, trying to take the heat off the administration for their inept handling of the Arab Autumn. Those of us living on this planet have already come to the conclusion that film was just an excuse, and some of our common sense has finally seeped into Washington.

Now why on Earth would anyone want it to appear that a terrorist attack didn’t, in fact, occur on B. Hussein Obama’s watch? Could it be an election?

UPDATE: Oh, and why we’re on the subject of who pissed al Qaeda off, might hand a mirror to Obama and the DNC:

It is hard to count how many times a Democratic party speaker stood up proudly to proclaim:

Osama. Bin. Laden. Is. Dead!

Almost every time Bin Laden’s scalp was paraded around on its pike – all thanks to the warrior spirit and unflinching courage of our commander-in-chief – the crowd of progressives, liberals and party faithful erupted into a prolonged “USA. USA” chant.

Leading this orgy of chest-beating, we’re-more-bellicose-than-you, nationalistic strutting was, ironically, the 2004 GOP’s prime victim of it: Democratic Senator John KerryKerry’s speech exploited virtually every theme of patriotism and militarism that was used against him eight years ago, and he did so with great efficacy.

Like Obama advocates so often do, Kerry first trumpeted how faithful and loyal Obama is to the Israeli government, and held up the Israeli prime minister as the arbiter of truth and sufficient loyalty…

“And after more than – after more than 10 years without justice for thousands of Americans murdered on 9/11, after Mitt Romney said it would be naive to go into Pakistan to pursue the terrorists, it took President Obama, against the advice of many, to give that order and finally rid this earth ofOsama bin Laden.

(APPLAUSE)

“Ask Osama bin Laden is he is better-off now than he was four years ago.”

(APPLAUSE)

As Victor Davis Hansen writes (and read the whole thing):

The juxtaposed chants of “Osama” and “Obama” in Egypt make a mockery of the recent “We killed Osama” spiking the football at the Democratic convention. And they remind us why 2012 is sadly looking a lot like 1980 — when in a similar election year, in a similarly minded administration, the proverbial chickens of four years of “smart” diplomacy tragically came home to roost.

Dishonorable Disclosures – full 22 minute video

The teaser trailer was good, but the full video is even better.

Obama and his administration seem to think nothing of using US troops and intelligence services as pawns for their political gain, to make a weak man look like a hawk. Watch the video.

Politicians, no matter who they are or which side of the isle they occupy, should learn to shut the hell up when it comes to our nation’s vital secrets.

Starting at the top with President Obama.

REAL heros don’t “spike the ball” – They just go home (with God’s grace)

From the video description:

America knows who deserves the credit for killing Osama Bin Laden – United States Navy SEALs and the American intelligence community. Join with Veterans for a Strong America and let President Obama know who really deserves the credit.

Amen.

Tamara Holder vs. Michelle Malkin on Hannity – Wrong then wrong again

Sean Hannity tonight was seeking comment on Michelle Obama’s remarks Tuesday in Nashville about her hubby B. Hussein Obama having brought America “…out of the darkness and into the light…”, and he had Michelle Malkin and Tamara Holder on to give their opinions.

First came this most awesome rant from Malkin, after which Tamara sputtered the standard “…but, but, bin Laden!” comeback.

Things went from bad to worse when Tamara, frustrated that she didn’t seem to have any effective answers, was asked by Hannity to name just one area of success in the last four years that are better today because of Obama.

“Unemployment…” she started. To which Malkin lost it laughing.

Obama’s own Bureau of Labor Statistics tells a different story, Tamara;

To be fair, it’s possible Tamara Holder considers higher unemployment an “accomplishment”, but she didn’t say specifically.

The World Trade Center will always be with us – our friends and family, never forgotten

The enemy that tried to destroy us, never forgiven

Forgiveness is the cornerstone of Christianity;

Matt. 6:14; Mark 11:25 • Understand that God forgives us our sins as we forgive others who have sinned against us. Adopt the forgiveness of others into your prayer life as a daily discipline.

Hayford, Jack (2007-10-09). New Spirit Filled Life Bible (NKJV) (Bible Nkjv) (Kindle Locations 150588-150590). Thomas Nelson. Kindle Edition.

The people I seem to be having problems forgiving write their jihadist slogans on walls in their victim’s blood – literally. Women and children are forced into service as suicide bombers to kill other women and children. To call myself “conflicted” is understating my spiritual problem. I don’t want to forgive them; I want them dead. No turning the other cheek; exterminate them.

They celebrate the death of innocents by handing out candy

Terrorists can take our lives, but not for long our spirit. They can tear down our buildings, but not forever our resolve. There may be gaps in the resolve we display, but sooner or later it comes roaring back.

They found out the hard way that when they woke the Giant, no place was safe for them forever; nowhere on earth out of reach. Osama bin Laden couldn’t even hide forever, though it seemed like forever to us as the search went on and on.

Why do they hate us, and why did they attack?

We do not believe as the Jihadists do. And that’s why they hate us.

There is a second question that wasn’t asked back after 9/11. “Why do they attack us?” The reason they attack us is that we don’t believe in much of anything, and that makes us weak as a nation.

Not all of us lack belief, we do believe in certain things – some things that make us weak, but also many things that make us stronger than any Jihadist dreaming of “70 Virgins” and fictitious personal rewards will ever be.

We love life, and will sacrifice our own lives to protect the lives of others. They love death, and will sacrifice their own lives to take other’s lives.

Yeah, I know; it’s early morning Sept. 11, 2011 (0230 PDT). I’m tired and probably not making much sense. Sitting in the tow office with my iPhone plugged into the shop’s TV watching the National Geographic documentary “Talibanistanon Netflix. Trying to understand. Trying to make sense. There is no making sense, only killing them before they kill us and may God pick and protect the truly righteous.

Here’s something that cheered me up earlier, though. They knocked down the Twin Towers, but as you can see below, they’ll be with us always…
